What is more beautiful and pleasant on a cold autumn day to breathe a gun of fresh bread in the house. My recipe is for modern housewives, who don't have much time to sit in the kitchen and I assure them that the recipe never failed. Simple and tasty!

  • 3 tablespoons walnut oil,
  • mix of lemon herbs spices (parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, lemon) about 2 g,

RECIPE PREPARATION Homemade bread with spices:

I confess that I used my help from the kitchen, Maricica, to knead and bake bread. Put water, sifted flour, salt, sugar, oil and yeast in the bread machine container (Attention! Keep this order if you want the dough to rise !!!) Knead the machine for kneading, leavening and baking, which lasts 180 minutes. Be careful to help the dough with a little water, flour or oil, so that it does not stick to the walls of the bowl, in the first 30 minutes, then leave the machine alone, just open your lid, it does its job alone. After the program is over, leave your bread for approx. 30 minutes, then take it out on a kitchen towel, wrap it and let it, if you resist the temptation, cool slightly.

During this period of great trial for all, the period of isolation at home, due to the pandemic of covid-19, because the yeast became "truffle", I tried all kinds of bread recipes, including the recipe Homemade sticks with a mixture of growth agents.

1. Beat the eggs and sour cream until smooth, using a fork.

2. Pour the milk into a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add salt and egg and cream mixture, stirring constantly.

3. Put the pan on a moderate heat and heat its contents until it becomes very hot and the cheese granules will separate from the whey. You don't have to bring it to the boil and boil it!

4. Transfer the cheese to a strainer lined with 2 layers of gauze. Press it well with the spatula, to separate it as well as possible from the whey.

5. If you want to prepare the cheese with additives, transfer it to a bowl and mix it with them. We added chopped garlic, finely chopped dill and ground black pepper to it. But you can use any additives and spices: sweet, salty or spicy.

6. Transfer the cheese back to the gauze and place it in a plastic form, perforated in places, to allow the whey to drain. Put the plastic form in another suitable bowl so that it remains slightly suspended: the whey must gather in the form. Place a weight on the surface of the cheese and refrigerate for a few hours.

Steamed pork breast with spices (with crispy rind)

It's like I see how you're going to swear at me - those of you who still read me and haven't unfriended me on various social networks because I'm posting too many pictures of food.

Because this recipe, although simple, brings with it a superb final product (although quite fatty) - the meat melts in your mouth, the pork flavor is combined with many others (sechuan pepper, dried coriander, lemongrass, ginger and others) and the mouse becomes golden and crunchy.

I first ate such pork (but pressed) at Laura's last summer. Juha and I decided to spend more holidays in the country, not only in Bucharest, so we got on the train and didn't stop until Timisoara.

Laura and Vuki were extremely, extremely jumpy, they hosted us, they guided us through different places and, especially, they fed us with some dream goodies. Homemade bread ham, baked pork, salads, desserts. We also arrived at a Serbian restaurant called Dinar. The food was good and plentiful (with the scales much tilted in favor of the meat, as befits the Serbs). And I tasted quince brandy.

Returning to today's pig, I wanted to make such a recipe for some time. Even though we've been eating more beef, duck and fish lately (or chicken, when her mother sends us, raised by her), with Ken Hom's book of Asian recipes on hand, we've chosen pork.

And not anyway: with layers of fat and crusts. You can use meatballs (from the belly), chest (from which we remove the bones). In this case, we are dealing with the chest.

There are not many ingredients but you need about 12 hours from the beginning to sitting at the table and enjoying.

So for steamed pork breast with spices we need:

1 piece of 1.5 kg pork breast with crispy rinds (or two of 750 g each, depending on where you get your supplies)
2 tablespoons sea salt
1 tablespoon Sichuan pepper
2 teaspoons spice mixture for wok
(we used from Shan & # 8217shi) - you can also use the classic 5 spices
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons brown sugar

And now let's get to work. First, wash the meat and dab well with kitchen towels. Using a knife, prick the mouse. Not infrequently, but not to be too sifted.
Boil a pot of water. When it boils, take each piece of breast, put it in a knife (or hook), hold it over the pot and with the help of a polish, pour boiled water only on the skin about 5-6 times.

Separately, in a small food processor, put all the spices and grind together. Put the wok on high heat, heat well and put the spice mixture. Carefully and very quickly, everything turns

Take the pieces of pork breast, wipe with a napkin and leave to dry and cool. Place the mouse down, sprinkle the spice mixture and massage the meat well on all sides (except the skin). Cover in cling film and refrigerate overnight (8 hours).

The next day, turn on the oven and leave at 200 degrees Celsius. Please note that if you have a steam oven, use the hot steam function (25%). If not, proceed as follows:

Put the pieces of meat on a grill (with the mouse on the TOP), the grill in the oven tray and pour water into the tray (which should not touch the meat).

Leave for 15 minutes until the meat is browned. Then lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees C. Leave for 2 hours. Check from time to time and possibly lower the temperature by about 10 degrees if the fire is too fast. When this period of time passes, the temperature rises to 230 degrees C and is left for about 10-15 minutes. During this time, the mouse will blister well over the entire surface.

Turn off the oven, take it out, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Carefully cut into smaller pieces. Serve with boiled rice, salad or vegetables.

Mexican recipe with special taste - Preparation

To prepare chili con carne, start by washing and cleaning the vegetables, then chop them into small, approximately equal cubes. An important feature of this preparation is the uniformity of the ingredients.

Put a deep frying pan over medium heat and add the oil. Saute the onion and garlic until they change color, then add the bell pepper. Stir the ingredients intensely over low heat for about 1 minute, during which time they will harden evenly. Then add the minced meat, and season the ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.

Add water to help the meat boil faster and simmer for about 20 minutes. After this interval, during which time the meat has penetrated and changed color, add the chopped tomatoes. If you have beef or vegetable soup, you can replace the water with one of them. The preparation will taste better.

Boil the chilli con carne for another 20 minutes on low heat. It is important that the sauce is reduced by half, to get consistency.

Drain the canned red beans and rinse with cold water. Add them to the pan on the fire and mix them lightly with the rest of the ingredients. Drain the canned sweet corn kernels and mix them among the ingredients in the pan. Boil Mexican food for about 10 minutes, over low heat.
