Pavlova mini dessert with raspberries

We mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt well, we mix the sugar with the starch and then we incorporate it in the beaten egg whites, little by little, after each round of sugar we mix well. At the end we add the vinegar and mix for a few more minutes, until we get a glossy meringue.

With the help of a posh we form minipavloves, we place them in the tray on baking paper.

Heat the oven well, then reduce the heat to low, put the tray in the oven and leave the oven ajar. Let it dry for about 3 hours (if you have an electric oven you don't have to wait that long). They didn't come out as white as snow, I think that at some point the stronger gases came, I guess I'm not sure, that I didn't stay to guard the oven, in the end they are nice and so creamy.

We take them out of the oven and then we fill them with whipped cream and garnish them with raspberries, they are sweet, but good and bad and you just don't eat them every day .....
