Add salt and let it boil for about 30 minutes depending on the meat used. If you do not use a country chicken then the cooking time is shorter.
Over the meat, add the diced vegetables (preferably) in the following order: onion, carrot, parsnip, celery and bell pepper.
Leave it to boil over the right heat until the meat is almost cooked. Add the canned (or fresh) tomatoes cut into small pieces and cook for another 5-7 minutes. All this time the soup tastes and matches the salt.

Put the heated borscht, parsley and chopped dill and bring to a boil.
Then add the house noodles and leave on the fire for 2 minutes until they are cooked. Stop the flame and add the finely chopped green larch !!

How are homemade noodles made?

Beat the egg with the salt, then add the 100 g of flour and knead the dough until it becomes homogeneous and non-sticky. The worktop is powdered with flour and the dough is spread in a thin sheet with a rolling pin or a rolling machine. Sprinkle the sheet with a little flour and let it dry for about 15 minutes. If you cut them by hand, then the sheet is cut into 5-7 cm wide strips, they are superimposed with a well-sharpened knife and the very thin noodles are cut. Sift through a sieve to remove excess flour, then spread evenly and leave to dry if not used immediately.
