Recipe for cooking boiled papanas

The recipe for preparing papanas We put the cottage cheese in a higher bowl and grind it with a fork.

Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and wheat semolina and mix well. (if the cheese is not squeezed very well then you have to put a tablespoon of semolina)

Put a pot with 2 liters of boiling water on the fire.

Until the water boils, we will form the papanas: with a teaspoon we will take the composition and with a wet palm we will form balls, in the middle of them we will stick an almond and round the papanas again.

Place on a damp wooden bottom.

Do the same until you finish the composition in the bowl.

When the water boils, put the papanas in it and let them boil until they rise to the surface, it will take about 2-3 minutes.

Until the papanas rise, put the coconut in a plate and prepare a spoon with holes (with a sieve) to remove the papanas.

After it rises above the water, we must remove them as soon as possible so that they do not crack, drain them of water and put them in coconut.

Place on a plate and serve warm with sweet cream mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
